OVERVIEW
Sales Specialist are responsible for supporting the store by contributing to reaching and exceeding sales objectives, providing excellent customer experiences, and contributing to the overall success of the Therapy brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Sales Specialist, you act as a brand ambassador bringing your own personal style, passion for the product and welcoming energy to the sales floor each day
- Collaborates with the leadership team in cultivating an environment of genuine customer connection where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued
- Takes initiative to drive sales and store metrics by utilizing key performance indicators to set daily and monthly goals
- Master in product knowledge and customer service, regularly uses suggestive selling techniques to meet goals.
- You will collaborate with peers to merchandise and maintain an organized, welcoming shopping environment while prioritizing customer interactions and store operations.
- Supports the shipment process from unpacking to merchandising. Self awareness of product, including what’s new and what’s restock.

Warehouse Associate
OPEN POSITIONS AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS
San Bruno
OVERVIEW
Warehouse Associates are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling online orders, while also distributing and delivering goods to all our locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key member in shipment process. Unload and unpack shipment from various vendors. Inspect for damage, price checks, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Prepare and organize stock for inventory. Communicate to various departments when jobs are affected by damaged or missing pieces.
- Ability to load product and drive our delivery sprinter van, will need to be available both late night and early mornings with an adaptability for a flexible schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS

Basic math and organization skills

Relevant experience in a stock room environment preferred

Assistant Manager

OVERVIEW
Assistant Managers are responsible for supporting both the daily running of the store and both leadership teams by contributing to sales objectives, providing excellent customer experiences, and contributing to the overall success of the Therapy brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- As an assistant manager, you act as a brand ambassador bringing your own personal style, passion for the product and welcoming energy to the sales floor each day
- Leads the team in cultivating an environment of genuine customer connection where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued
- Communicates and works with the management team to create and complete store operations, merchandising, and training objectives.
- Master in product knowledge and training staff on new and existing merchandise.
- You will collaborate with peers to merchandise and maintain an organized, welcoming shopping environment while prioritizing customer interactions and store operations.
- Supports the shipment process from unpacking to merchandising. Self awareness of product, including what’s new and what’s restock. Ability to communicate and recognize discrepancies

Store Manager

OVERVIEW
Store Managers act as ambassadors of our brand, and are expected to connect with our customers at both the store and community level. The Store Manager is responsible for prioritizing high levels of customer service while simultaneously facilitating a positive team environment and executing operational tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is a confident individual who is comfortable with ambiguity and can lead by example. You will thrive in this environment if you are a confident self-starter with a growth mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads with a people-first philosophy; with both customer engagement and employees in mind. Encourages open dialogue, reinforces follow through.
- Provides store, merchandising and product insight to appropriate teams. Is an avid thought leader to new ideas for the company as a whole.
- Oversees and collaborates with leadership to create strategies and timeline for store goals both operationally and visually.

South Bay Regional Manager
OVERVIEW
Regional Retail Sales Manager oversees and coordinates all retail activities in each region in our SF/Peninsula (Burlingame, San Bruno, San Carlos, both San Francisco, San Mateo stores), East Bay (Pleasanton and Livermore), and South Bay (Campbell and Mountain View).
They are responsible for supporting the store staff in the overall daily operation of the store including assuming total accountability for sales, reaching and exceeding sales objectives, planning and delegating tasks among staff to ensure efficient operation of the store, maximizing profit by controlling expenses, training all store personnel, and protecting company assets.
The Regional Manager is a pivotal leader in the organization, leading store teams by setting goals, creating strategies, and developing talent for the region. This role supports the team to succeed on all measures - including business performance, customer satisfaction, associate development, and flawless execution of the retail operations and brand standards.
They are an actively engaged leader of leaders of the team, and drive superior performance and professional development. The Regional Manager delivers upward communication of trends and patterns that are affecting the region with other support staff and regional managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assesses store business using company reporting tools to identify department and global opportunities for the store; empowers management and team to make strategic, creative, and business-impacting decisions
- Embraces a culture of development by protecting time with direct reports and consistently delivering feedback for individual personal growth and succession planning. Assisting in training for management and specialist roles.
- Collaborates with the leadership team to plan a strategic approach to daily, weekly, and monthly operating procedures; actively assesses sales, staff development, payroll, and general operations
