Delivery times go into effect the next business day after you place an order.

We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages or unforeseen weather conditions, peak season or package delays by the United States Postal Service or UPS. 

Additional shipping or delivery time may be required for delivery to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO). 

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Therapy Stores reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability, and Local Pick Up orders may be cancelled when not pickup up within 14 days. 

Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise, in which case you will be notified of any delay as soon as possible. We do not currently offer international shipping.


We want you to be happy and fully satisfied with your purchases. We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Beauty products must be returned in new condition. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please contact us to initiate your return at Please provide us with your order number, item(s) being returned, and the reason for return. Due to the nature of our small business returns without contacting us cannot be accepted at this time. 

Return labels can be provided with the cost of return shipping deducted from your refund. You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, traceable method. Therapy Stores is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. 

Returns must be properly packed with original packaging intact and original packing slip to ATTN: RETURNS, 29 N. CENTRAL AVE CAMPBELL, CA 95008.  

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your return to be processed, you will receive an email confirmation when complete. Once your return has been processed your banking institution may take additional time to process your refund. 


For inventory reasons, we cannot currently offer straight exchanges. You can follow the Returns instructions above, then place a new order online for a replacement item. We recommend you place your order as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee inventory of your item. 

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.


Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we aren’t able to make any changes to an order once it’s been placed.


In the unfortunate event that a product arrives damaged or defective, please file a claim with us within 5 business days of delivery. Claims must be emailed to with  images of the damaged/defective products and your order confirmation number. Damages or defects will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your claim.
